We collaborate with a variety of experienced architects and designers — some of whom we have worked alongside for more than 35 years. Site conditions, planning restrictions, engineering input, and available services are all carefully considered to ensure the best design outcomes from the very start. Clear communication with clients during this stage helps ensure the design reflects both vision and practicality.

As members of the New Zealand Certified Builders Association, we have been independently assessed and approved as qualified, experienced professionals. Certified Builders are trade-qualified, held to a high standard of workmanship, and committed to ongoing training. Our clients also benefit from the Certified Builders Halo Guarantee, which protects your project for up to 10 years.

Our designated role is as Main Contractor, which means we are legally responsible under the Building Act 2004 for ensuring all sub-trades, materials, and workmanship comply. To achieve this, we coordinate with designers, engineers, and service providers, ensuring the correct documentation is prepared and submitted to the Building Consent Authority. Throughout this process we provide clients with regular updates, cost tracking, and programme monitoring so you always know where your project stands.
